التداعيات الأمنية للتهديدات الجديدة في الساحل الإفريقي على الأمن الوطني للجزائر: قراءة استشرافية

Abstract

تعدّ منطقة الساحل الإفريقي من المناطق التي شهدت في السنوات الأخيرة، توترات متصاعدة بسبب انتشار مجموعة من التهديدات الأمنية بالمنطقة بما في ذلك تنامي النشاط الإرهابي و ارتباطه بشبكات الجريمة المنظمة بكل أنواعها. تعدّ الجزائر، بحكم موقعها الاستراتيجي، نقطة ارتكاز وتقاطع بين الدول المغاربية من جهة وامتدادها للساحل الإفريقي من جهة أخرى، كما تشكل واجهة بحرية هامة في المنطقة المتوسطية، حيث وجدت نفسها مرتبطة أمنيا بعدة دوائر جيوامنية غير مستقرة، وهذا ما ينتج احتمالات لتعرضها لعديد من المخاطر التي من شأنها أن تحد من استقرارها وأمنها الوطني. ستحاول هذه الدراسة، معالجة تداعيات التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة في الساحل الإفريقي على الأمن الوطني للجزائر، من خلال تقديم قراءة إستشرافية للواقع الجيوسياسي والجيوأمني للساحل الإفريقي و ما يحتمل أن ينتجه من متغيرات مؤثرة على أمننا الوطني. The Sahel region of Africa is one of the regions that have witnessed in recent years escalating tension due to the spread of a range of security threats in the region, such as the growth of terrorist activity and its linkages to organized crime networks of all kinds. Algeria’s strategic position, as a fulcrum and an intersection between the Maghreb countries on the one hand, and an extension of the Sahel region on the other hand, not to mention its important sea front in the Mediterranean region, makes its security linked to several unstable geo-security circles, which means that the country could be exposed to many risks that would threaten its stability and national security. This study attempts to address the repercussions of the new security threats in the African coast on the national security of Algeria, through a forward-looking reading of the geopolitical and geo-security reality of the African coast and the variables that it may produce influencing our national security.
