Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الاقتصاد الأزرق كتوجه تنموي عالمي، وهذا من خلال توضيح السياق النظري للاقتصاد الأزرق والتنمية المستدامة،ومن ثم إبراز دور الاقتصاد الأزرق في دعم أهداف التنمية المستدامة في العالم، من خلال الاستخدام المستدام للمسطحات المائية، وبالتالي التوزيع المتكافئ للثروات بين الأجيال،وتحقيق الرفاه للإنسان،والوصول في الأخير إلى نتائج تعكس واقع الاقتصاد الأزرق في العالم، واستنباط توصيات من شأنها أن تساعد في توعية الرأي العام بضرورة تضافر المساعي الدولية لاستخدام المسطحات المائية بنظرة مستدامة أولا وليس بنظرة سوقية تنافسية بين مختلف المستثمرين في العالم فقط Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the importance of the blue economy as a global development orientation, by clarifying the theoretical context of the blue economy and sustainable development, and thus highlighting the role of the blue economy in supporting the sustainable development goals in the world, through the sustainable use of water bodies and thus the equitable distribution of wealth between generations. And achieving human well-being, and finally reaching results that reflect the reality of the blue economy in the world, and devising recommendations that will help raise public awareness of the need to combine international efforts, To use water bodies with a sustainable view first and not only a competitive market view among the various investors in the world only.)
