Abstract
Abstract
The migration of the Seljuk great Turks tribe
considred as the most important migrations of the Beyond
river and central Asia, from which emerged the most powerful
and Independent Emerates ever in the time of the decline of
the Abbassid caliphate and maintained the continuity of the
Islamic rule in the person of the Abbassid state after the
elimination of the influence of the Shiite Buyid.
All the Islamic sources agree that the political and military role
of the Seljuks was strong which was confirmed by the number
of their subjected territories, thus the civilizational side of
them must not be neglected thanks to the importance they gave to the intellectual and scientific life as well , that can be
seen through the cultural construction which was like a
turning point in the prosperity of that side in the person of the
famous regular schools, the efforts of the famous minister
Nizham Elmulk Tossy must be taken in consideration .
The distinction that was made by the Seljuks in the
political, military domination and the flourishing in the
intellectual and the scientific sector comes side to side with the
juristic studies which was contributed to the prosperity of the
Sunni Islam and the decline of influence of Shiit due to the
strong relationship between the ministers and sultans of the
Seljuk state and the scientists of their time which granted the
development of the intellectual and scientific life in the
orient , central Asia and beyond the river through the
formation of a generation of students served for the continuity
of public life significated the heavy production of works
considred as resources and references conserved the flourishing
of different sciences which was in the regular and private
schools .
Moreover the activities of intellectual debates which
were held in the councils of scholars in both schools and in
the ministers or sultans courts.
All these facts expressed the importance in the
scientists and the relationship with the ministers and sultans in.the Seljuk era of the orient specifically the thing that made a
point of strength for the rule of the Seljuk family during the
Abbassid caliphate.
