Abstract

تهدف الدراسة، إلى تكييف النسخة المختصرة لمقياس جرد مواجهة المواقف الضاغطة على البيئة الجزاىرية، ولتحقيق ذلك، قمنا بترجمة المقياس من اللغة الانجليزية الى اللغة العربية، وعرضنا النسخة المترجمة لتحكيمها وإعادة ترجمتها الى اللغة الانجليزية من قبل أساتذة متخصصين، وتم إختبار المقياس المترجم على عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين بجامعات الغرب الجزائري حجمها(309) فردا. وبإجراء التحليل العاملي التوكيدي، والتحليل العاملي الاستكشافي للبيانات، تحصلنا على بنية عاملية للمقياس مكونة من أربعة عوامل هي: أساليب المواجهة المرتكزة على الانفعال ، وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط المرتكزة على المهمة، وأساليب المواجهة المرتكزة على التجنب بالتلهي، وأخيرا اساليب المواجهة المرتكزة على التجنب بالتحويل الاجتماعي.Abstract: The study aims to adapt the short version of the Inventory of Coping with Stressful situations Scale (CISS21) on a sample Algerians, To achieve that, we presented a translated version for arbitration and re-translation into English by specialized experts, the translated scale was tested on a sample of 309 university teachers in the west of Algeria. After conducting a confirmatory factor analysis, and an exploratory factor analysis of the data, we obtained a four factorial structure of the scale which consisted four factors as follows: (1) The stressful coping styles based on emotion, (2) the stressful coping styles based on the task, (3) the stressful coping styles based on avoidance through distraction, and (4) stressful coping styles based on avoidance through social transformation.
