Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الأمن النفسي للأطفال من (4-6) سنوات كما تدركه أمهاتهم العاملات، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على الفروق حسب كل من الجنس و مجال عمل الأم (الإدارة ، الصحة، التعليم) على مقياس الأمن النفسي، وقد استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الأمن النفسي للأطفال من اعدادها بعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس، وخلصت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى متوسط للأمن النفسي، كما خلصت إلى عدم وجود فروق بين الجنسين في الأمن النفسي، ووجود فروق بدلاله مجال عمل الأم لصالح الأمهات العاملات في مجال التعليم. الكلمات المفتاحية. الأمن النفسي- أطفال الأمهات العاملات. Abstract: The current study aimed to know the level of psychological security of children from (4-6) years as perceived by their working mothers, and also aimed to identify the differences in each of the gender and the mother's field of work (management, health, education) on the scale of psychological security. The researcher used the children's psychological security scale prepared by Researcher after verifying the psychometric characteristics of the scale, and the results concluded that there is an average level of psychological security, and she also concluded that There are no differences according to the gender variable in psychological security, and that there are differences in terms of the mother's work field in favor of mothers working in the field of education.
