Abstract

"إستراتيجية الجزائر في تحقيق تنمية فلاحية ــــ دراسة تحليلية ـــــ

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل إستراتيجية الجزائر في التنمية الفلاحية ومدى تحقيقها في قطاع الفلاحي وماهية الإمكانيات المتاحة في هذا القطاع، لمعالجة هذا البحث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في الإطار النظري للقطاع الفلاحي واستراتيجية التنمية وآلياتها ومقوماتها ودورها اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وبيئي، أما بالنسبة للجانب التطبيقي فقد اتبعنا المنهج التحليلي و اعتمدنا على تقارير واحصائيات من خلال الفترات 2010 الى 2020 تناولنا فيه الإمكانيات المتاحة والاستراتيجية المعتمدة في الجزائر وتقييمها حسب مساهمتها في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والقوى العاملة وترقية التجارة الخارجية . وفي الأخير توصلنا الى أن القطاع الفلاحي يعتبر قطاعا رئيسا في الجزائر يساهم مساهمة فعالة في الاقتصاد الوطني إذ تطورت مساهمته في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي من 310.15 مليار دينار الجزائري سنة2010 الى 1100.00 مليار دينار جزائري إلى سنة2020 " "The Algerian strategy for achieving agricultural develoment : A case study

Summary: The study aims to analyze Algeria's strategy in agricultural development and its achievement in the agricultural sector, along with the available potentials in this sector. The research adopts a descriptive approach in the theoretical framework of the agricultural sector and development strategy, its mechanisms, components, and its economic, social, and environmental roles. As for the practical aspect, an analytical method is followed, relying on reports and statistics from the periods 2010 to 2020, addressing the available potentials, the adopted strategy in Algeria, and evaluating its contribution to GDP, workforce, and promotion of foreign trade. In conclusion, we found that the agricultural sector is considered a key sector in Algeria, making an effective contribution to the national economy. Its contribution to GDP increased from 310.15 billion Algerian dinars in 2010 to 1100.00 billion Algerian dinars by 2020. "
