Abstract

إن التطور الحاصل على مستوى علم بحوث العمليات مع إمكانية تطبيق مختلف أساليبه لمعالجة مشاكل قرارية لدى المؤسسات باختلاف أنواعها، جعل من المؤسسات الرائدة تنتهج منهجية بحوث العمليات في اتخاذ قراراتها بنجاح، بحيث أن الميزة الاساسية لعلم بحوث العمليات تمثلت في أنه يتعامل مع المشكلات القرارية بطريقة رياضية مما يعطيه طابع الدقة في الحصول على النتائج وإيجاد الحلول، إضافة إلى ذلك فعلم بحوث العمليات استمد قوة بناء نماذجه من خلال اعتماده على مختلف العلوم وبالخصوص الدقيقة منها كالرياضيات، الاحتمالات، الفيزياء، ..إلخ، بهدف تحقيق الغاية الرئيسية في بحوث العمليات وهي البحث عن الامثلية في اتخاذ القرارات. وبناء على ذلك سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال توضيح دور بحوث العمليات في اتخاذ القرارات.
