تمثلات الفاعليين التربويين لمشكلة تنمية رأس المال الفكري بالمنظومة التربوية الأردنية

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة التحليلية إلى التعرف على تمثلات الفاعلين التربويين لمشكلة تنمية رأس المال الفكري بالمنظومة التربوية الأردنية، واعتمدت هذه الدراسة للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة وبلوغ أهدافها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولجمع البيانات اعتمدنا تقنية تحليل المحتوى، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في الفاعلين التربويين المشاركين في وضع استراتيجية تطوير التربية والتعليم الأردنية 2018/2022. وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى نتائج تتمثل في تركيز تمثلات الفاعليين التربويين على تحديد جملة من المعيقات الهيكلية مثل: ضعف التجهيزات ونقص الموارد المالية الضرورية لتحسين البنية التحتية بالمنظومة التكون قادرة على استيعاب متطلبات تنمية رأس المال الفكري خاصة في ما يتعلق ببعدي رأس المال الهيكلي ورأس المال البشري، وبالتالي جاءت تمثلاتهم لآليات تنمية رأس المال الفكري متجهة بإيجابية نحو إدارة الموارد المالية يليها إدارة العمل في حين همشت إدارة الوقت في حين ركزت في تنمية رأس المال البشري على التدريب وتنمية المهارات يليها تنمية التوجه للتعلم مدى الحياة وهو ما يعني التراكم المعرفي في مقابل ذلك همشت الاستثمار المعرفي. Abstract: This analytical study sought to identify the educational actors' representations of the obstacles to intellectual capital development in the Jordanian educational system. Developing the Jordanian Education Development Strategy 2018/2022. The current study reached a number of results represented in focusing the representations of the educational actors participating in the development of the Jordanian Education Development Strategy 2018/2022 for obstacles to the development of intellectual capital in the Jordanian educational system on identifying a number of structural obstacles such as: weak equipment and lack of financial resources necessary to improve the infrastructure of the system Being able to absorb the requirements of intellectual capital development, especially with regard to the dimensions of structural capital and human capital, and thus their representations of intellectual capital development mechanisms were positively oriented towards managing financial resources, followed by work management, while time management was marginalized in relation to the development of structural capital while focused on Whereas, in human capital development, it focused on training and skills development, followed by developing the orientation for lifelong learning, which means knowledge accumulation. In return, it marginalized the knowledge investment for the accumulated knowledge.
