In the service oriented computing (SOC) stream, Web service management has a pivotal role such as service composition and recommendation, which are key aspects and high directive research field. With the emergence of social Web (Web 2.0), social-aware service composition and recommendation are becoming more and more widespread. Although, the benefits of employing social knowledge in different service management tasks, there has been no detailed investigation of using social data that are gathered from classic Web until smart Web (Web 4.0).
