أثر الإصلاحات المصرفية على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي حالة النظام المصرفي الجزائرية للفترة (1990 – 2015

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر الإصلاحات المصرفية الجزائرية على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2015)، وكذا الدور الذي يلعبه القطاع المصرفي في سيرورة وتطور الاقتصاد، ولمعالجة إشكالية الموضوع واختبار فرضياته، اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة الحالة حيث تم اختيار كل البنوك الجزائرية، ومنه اعتمدنا على أسلوب نماذج الانحدار البسيط في الجانب التطبيقي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة تأثير حقيقة لمؤشرات القطاع البنكي الجزائري على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي (GDP)، وعليه فالقطاع المصرفي له أهمية كبيرة في التنمية الاقتصادية وهو ما يعكس السياسة التنموية للدولة، وعليه وجب الحرص على التسيير الجيد لهذا القطاع الحساس لما لها من أهمية بالغة في دورة نشاط المؤسسة من جهة ولتجنب الأزمات المالية من جهة أخرى. Abstract: This study aims to study the impact of Algerian banking reforms on Algeria's local product (1990- 2015) as well as the role played by the banking sector in the process and development of the economy. In order to address the problem of the subject and test its hypotheses, We relied on the case study methodology where all the Algerian banks were selected, and from this we relied on the simple regression models method in the applied side. The study concluded that there is a real correlation between the indicators of the Algerian banking sector and GDP, and that the banking sector has great importance in economic development, which reflects the development of the country policy. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the good management of this sensitive sector because of its importance in the enterprise prosperity cycle on the one hand and to avoid financial crises on the other hand.
