Abstract

نظراً لتزايد ظاهرة الإرهاب الدولي وتفشيها في العالم لذا تحرص جل الدول إلى الحد من هذه الظاهرة والعمل على التخفيف من حدوثها نظراً لما تخلفه من أحداث مأساوية على الصعيد الإقليمي والدولي، ويتجلى ذلك في عمل الدول على عقد اتفاقيات الهدف من ورائها القضاء على هذه الظاهرة ومقاومتها بشتى الطرق، وعلى إثر ذلك جاءت هاته الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على هذه الظاهرة في المجتمع الدولي لتبيان أهم الجهود المبذولة من الأسرة الدولية للحد من جريمة الإرهاب. In view of the increase in the phenomenon of international terrorism and its spread in the world, so most countries are keen to limit this phenomenon and work to mitigate its occurrence due to the tragic events it left behind at the regional and international levels. Methods, and as a result this study came to shed light on this phenomenon in the international community to show the most important efforts made by the international community to reduce the crime of terrorism.
