Abstract

تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية لمعرفة دور حاضنات الأعمال في تنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.باعتبار أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تلعب دورا حيويا في المجتمع الذي يسعى لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة والفعالة. ومن هنا نجد أن أفضل الآليات التي ساهمت في تشجيع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة هي آلية عمل حاضنات الأعمال، وهذه الآلية تأتي في مقدمة الحلول العملية، والتي قامت بتوظيفها العديد من الدول الصناعية المتقدمة. Summary This paper seeks to research to find out the role of business incubators in the development of small and medium enterprises. As the small and medium enterprises play a vital role in the community, which includes Sustainable and effective economic development. Therefore, we find that the best mechanisms that contributed to the promotion of small and medium enterprises are the mechanism of action of business incubators. This mechanism is in the forefront of practical solutions and carried out by many of the advanced industrial countries.
