Etude de la modélisation de l'effet du sel sur l'équilibre liquide - liquide

Abstract

"Abstract: This work is part of the study of the influence of salts on the liquid - liquid equilibrium of a partially miscible binary mixture based on experimental results previously performed. The equilibrium data of the studied Water-Butanone system were obtained at 25°C in the presence of salts: NaCl, KCl, LiCl, MgCl2, CaCl2, KI et KBr and were compared in terms of officiency of 'Salting-Out' and salvation. The results obtained clearly showed the influence of the different salts on the liquid - liquid equilibrium of the binary mixture considered and that the presence of salt modifies this equilibrium in favor of the extracted phase. The reliability of the data studied has been successfully verified by the application of different correlations: Bachman-Brown, Ishida, Othmer-Tobias and Hand and by the Setschenow equation which persents positive constants thus confirming the phenomenon of ''salting-out''.

""مـلخــص: يـعـد هـذا العمـل جـزءً مـن دراسـة تأثيـر الأمـلاح عـلـى تـوازن السائـل والسائـل لمـزيـج ثنـائي قـابـل للامـتـزاج جـزئـيـًا بنـاءً على النتائج التجـريـبية التـي تمـت دراسـتـها سابـقـا. تـم الحـصول عـلى بـيـانـات التـوازن لـنـظـام ـماء-بـيتـانـون المـدروس عنـد 25 درجـة مـئويـة في وجـود العـديـد مـن الأمـلاح: NaCl , ,KCl, ,LiCl ,MgCl2 ,CaCl2 ,KI و KBr بحيث تـمـت مـقـارنـتـها مـن حـيـث كـفـاءة ""الـتـمـليح"" و الإذابـــة. أظهـرت نـتـائـج المـقـارنـة الـبـيـانـيـة التي تـم الحصـول عـليها بـوضوح تـأثـير الأمـلاح المختـلفة على تـوازن السائـل والسائـل للمزيـج الثنـائي المـدروس وأن وجـود المـلح يـغـيـر هـذا التـوازن لصـالح المرحلـة المستـخرجـة. تـم التحقـق مـن مـصداقيـة البيـانـات المـدروسـة بنجـاح مـن خـلال تطبيـق إرتبـاطات مختـلفـة: , Bachman-Brown Ishida, Othmer-Tobias و Hand ومعادلـة Setschenow التي تـقـدم ثـوابـت مـوجـبـة ممـا يـؤكـد ظـاهـرة التمليح.
