Abstract

The study aims to attempt to build a structural model to measure the impact of the dimensions of senior management support, the available capabilities and the type of decision used, on the bank's ability to adopt decision support systems, where the questionnaire was relied upon and distributed to a group of public commercial banks In the state of BordjBouArreridj, the data were analyzed and the structural model was built by relying on both SPSS and AMOSS statistical programs. A set of results was reached, represented in the existence of a direct and statistically significant relationship between the indicator of adopting decision support systems and the two indicators of senior management support and available capabilities, while the relationship was inverse and statistically significant between the indicator of the type of decision used and the indicator of adopting decision support systems.
