التنبؤ باتجاهات العمالة في مصايد الأسماك وتربية الأحياء المائية في الجزائر آفاق 2030

Abstract

نظراً لأهمية العمالة في قطاع مصايد الأسماك وتربية الأحياء المائية، كمؤشر رئيسي لتقييم المساهمات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لهذا القطاع، ولمعرفة وضعية هذا القطاع مستقبلا، حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث التنبؤ باتجاهات العمالة في مصايد الأسماك وتربية الأحياء المائية في الجزائر آفاق 2030ـ وذلك بناءاً على السلسلة الزمنية للعمالة للفترة (2000-2021)، وبالاعتماد على منهجية بوكس- جينكينز. وتوصلنا الى أن اتجاه العمالة في قطاع مصايد الأسماك وتربية الأحياء المائية في الجزائر ، عرفت نمو ايجابي طفيفة خلال الفترة (2022-2030)، الأمر الذي يستدعي المزيد من الجهود من طرف الدولة لتوليد فرص عمل بشكل أكبر في مصايد الأسماك وتربية الأحياء المائية لما له من أهمية في رفع حجم الانتاج والدخل الوطني. Given the importance of employment in the fisheries and aquaculture sector, as a main indicator for evaluating the social and economic contributions of this sector, and to know the status of this sector in the future, we tried through this research to predict employment trends in fisheries and aquaculture in Algeria, horizons 2030, based on the employment time series For the period (2000-2021), and based on the Box-Jenkins methodology. We concluded that the employment trend in the fisheries and aquaculture sector in Algeria witnessed a slight positive growth during the period (2022-2030), which requires more efforts on the part of the state to generate more job opportunities in fisheries and aquaculture because of its Importance in raising the volume of production and national income.
