Abstract

This study aims to highlight the impact of organizational culture in its dimensions and beliefs, orientation towards teamwork ,participation in decision-making in functional engagement among employees of the directorate of Algeria communications in EL-oued, and to achieve the objective of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon, as well as the use of the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information and data, and it was done using analysis statistical data based on the statistical program (SPSS. 25), Where the study included 41 samples from the institution's personnel, which were selected randomly. The study concluded that there are levels of the three dimensions of organizational culture, and the existence of an effect between organizational culture and functional engagement in the institution under study, as well as the existence of a statistically significant effect relationship between each dimension of dimensions of organizational culture with engagement career.
