قبائل المخزن و دورها في خدمة البايات و دعم الاستقرار في بايلك الغرب

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the tribes of the makhzen and their relation with the ottoman authority in the western Balkans at the end of the dey states. These tribes served as the executive apparatus of the blakans in various political military.and economicfields.the beys relied on them to collect taxes and fines from the submissive tribes. They were considered the strong and effective arm of authority in disciplining and suppressing rebellious tribes and religious groups. We have dedicated the darqawi method to thes groups.whose rebellion threatened the ottoman presence in the Balkans in particular and the Algerian province in general. ملخص: يتناول هذا المقال قبائل المخزن وعلاقاتها بالسلطة العثمانية في بايلك الغرب أواخر عهد الدايات،فهذه القبائل كانت تعدّ بمثابة الجهاز التنفيذي للبايلك في مختلف المجالات السياسية والعسكرية، والاقتصادية، فقد استعان بها البايات في تحصيل الضرائب والغرامات من القبائل الخاضعة، كما كانت تعتبر يدّ السلطة القوية والناجعة في تأديب وقمع القبائل والجماعات الدينية المتمردة، وقد خصصنا الطريقة الدرقاوية لهذه الجماعات والتي كاد تمردها أن يعصف بالتواجد العثماني بالبايلك خاصة والإيالة الجزائرية عامة، ونظرًا لأهمية هذه القبائل،حاولنا إبراز دورها ومكانتها وقوتها في دعم السلطة من أجل تحقيق الاستقرار في البايلك.
