Abstract

لقد استهدفت هذه الدراسة موضوع الجمارك ومختلف الاجراءات الجمركية التي تقوم بها في المعابر البرية ضمن الاصلاحات الأخيرة، وحرصا منا للوقوف على حقيقة هذه الاجراءات لقد تم تسليط الضوء على المعبر الحدودي البري الطالب العربي الواقع بولاية الوادي ضمن الحدود الجزائرية التونسية كحالة تطبيقية للتعمق أكثر في هذه الاجراءات وذلك ما نسعى له من خلال هذه الدراسة لتوضيح وتأكيد الدور الذي تلعبه مصالح الجمارك في الحفاظ على الاقتصاد الوطني والسعي لازدهاره ومحاربة مختلف الجرائم التي قد تطوله. This study targeted the issue of customs and the various customs procedures that it carries out at the land crossings within the recent reforms, and in order to find out the reality of these procedures, the land border crossing of the Arab student, located in the state of El Oued within the Algerian-Tunisian border, has been highlighted as an applied case to delve more into these procedures This is what we seek through this study to clarify and confirm the role played by the customs authorities in preserving the national economy and striving for its prosperity and fighting the various crimes that may affect it.
