حزم إجراءات مجابهة تداعيات جائحة كورونا على الأداء الاقتصادي العالمي

Abstract

نهدف من خلال دراستنا هذه معرفة انعكاسات جائحة كورونا على الأداء الاقتصادي العالمي من خلال تأثيره على عدة قنوات وتحديد حزم الاجراءات المتخذة لمجابهة مختلف الانعكاسات وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أبرزها تراجع النمو وخصوصاً للدول المتقدمة، كما تعد الأسواق النفطية أكبر قناة تأثراً بالجائحة مما سبب انهيار الأسعار كترجمة لصدمة العرض والطلب النفطي وتراجع للتجارة الخارجية بصفة عامة ووضعاً خاصاً للتجارة المستلزمات الطبية والمواد الغذائية واحجام للاستثمار الأجنبي، وللحد من هذه التداعيات تم تبني حزم من الاجراءات على رأسها تدابير السياسة النقدية كخط أول في الاستجابة اللازمة بالإضافة للحزم المالية التحفيزية وكذا إجراءات سوق النفط. therough this study, we aim to know the repercussions of the coronavirus pandemic on gloal economic performance through its impact on several channels and to identify the measures taken to confront varioes repercussions. The study has reached several conclusions, most notably the decline in growthe , es pecially in developed countries. oil markets are the biggest channel affected by the pandemic , causing price collapse as a translation of the supply and demand shoch, a decline in foreign trade in general, a special situation for trade in medical supplies and foodstuffs, and a volume of foreign investment. To curb these repercussions, we have adopted packages of measures, foremost of which are monetary policy measures as a first line in the necessary response, in addition to fiscal stimulus packages as wemm as oil market measures
