Abstract

This research study is an important aspect in the jurisprudence of the family, and on matters of personal status, where we dealt with the subject of the impact regarded as intended in the incidence of divorce or not it happens, because the intent if coupled by the taxpayer is saying, but if you missed the action or about delayed or the act unintentionally it looks to the intention of the taxpayer in this case and to the terms that signed the divorce, because the provisions vary depending on the intent and wording. The research tried to answer several problematic notably: What is the truth intent, and what is the impact of inadvertently in charge of a divorce. It concluded through this research that is intended to have a major impact in the personal status and respect to acts of worship not only issues but also to habits and behaviors.
