Abstract
يتناول هذا البحث،آليات إقليمية لمحاكمة مجرمي الحرب الإسرائيليين عبر الأطر القانونية الدولية، والدول الأطراف في المعاهدات الدولية منها أهمما اتفاقيات جنيف، وتسليط الضوء على المبادئ القانونية وقواعد القانون الدولي للمساءلة مجرمي الحرب عن جرائمهم التي اقترفوها، كذلك البحث عن الآليات القانونية سواء على المستوى الوطني أو الدولي من أجل ضمان ملاحقة مرتبكي جرائم الحرب وامكانية ملاحقتهم بشكل قانوني من أجل تحقيق العدالة ووقف سياسة الاستيلاء على أراضي المواطنين الفلسطينيين، وللتقليل من حجم الجريمة الدولية ومعاقبة المجرمين للعدالة الدولية. فتسليط الضوء على ملاحقة مجرمي الحرب وخاصة من خلال إنشاء محكمة خاصة تتعلق بجريمة الاستيطان.This study deals with regional mechanisms for the prosecution of Israeli war criminals
through international legal frameworks and States parties to international treaties, including
the Geneva Conventions of 1949. It highlights the legal principles and rules of international law
for the prosecution of war criminals for their crimes, as well as the search for legal mechanisms
Both at the national and international level, in order to ensure that the perpetrators of war
crimes are prosecuted in order to achieve justice. and stop the policy of seizing the land of
Palestinian citizens, and to reduce the scale of international crime and punish criminals for
international justice . Highlighting the prosecution of war criminals, especially through the
establishment of a special tribunal on the crime of settlement.
