"دور التحفيزات الجبائية في تنمية القطاع الصناعي دراسة حالة ( الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الإستثمارANDI ) "

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الحوافز الضريبية التي تمنحها الدولة من خلال مختلف التشريعات والقوانين التشريعية أو التنظيمية على تنمية المؤسسات الصناعية والقطاع الصناعي ككل في الجزائر . - قمنا بتقسيم محتوى الدراسة إلى فصلين : جزء نظري من الدراسة قمنا فيه باستعراض أهم المفاهيم الأساسية للحوافز الضريبية والمؤسسات الصناعية . أما الجزء التطبيقي قمنا فيه بتحليل المعطيات من خلال الحوافز الضريبية التي تمنحها الوكالة الوطنية لترقية الإستثمار ، حيث توصلنا إلى الدور الإيجابي والفعال الذي تلعبه هذه الحوافز الضريبية في خلق مناصب الشغل وزيادة الإستثمار في القطاع الصناعي لكن هذه الأخيرة غير كافية لتنمية المؤسسات الصناعية حيث لا بد من توفر مناخ استثماري فعال لتحقيق هذا الهدف. ""This study aims to highlight the role of tax incentives granted by the state through various legislations and legislative or regulatory laws on the development of industrial institutions and the industrial sector as a whole in Algeria. - We divided the content of the study into two chapters: A theoretical part of the study that reviewed the most important concepts of tax incentives and industrial institutions. As for the practical part, we analyzed the data through the tax incentives granted by the National Agency for Investment Promotion, where we reached the positive and effective role played by these tax incentives in creating jobs and increasing investment in the industrial sector, but the latter is insufficient for the development of industrial enterprises where it is necessary to Provide an effective investment climate to achieve this goal. "
