الابتكار والنمو في الدول العربية 2007-2016

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور الابتكار في النمو الاقتصادي من خلال دراسة قياسية ضمت 10 دول عربية ، بالاعتماد على بيانات سنوية للفترة بين (2007-2016) . ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام نماذج السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية (panel) ، استنادا إلى المتغيرات الاقتصادية التالية : نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي logy كمتغير تابع يمثل النمو الاقتصادي ، و مؤشر الابتكار loginv ، إنفاق الشركات على البحث والتطوير logdrd ، حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية logpr ، إيرادات الموارد الطبيعية logpr و مخزون رأس المال كمتغيرات مستقلة. أشارت نتائج اختبار المفاضلة بين نماذج Panel إلى أن نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة هو النموذج الملائم للدراسة . توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة طويلة الأجل للابتكار على النمو الاقتصادي This study aimed at showing the impact of innovation on economic growth through a standard study of 10 Arab countries, based on annual data for the period 2007-2016. To achieve this goal, the time series models (panel) were used, based on the following economic variables: per capita GDP logy as a dependent variable representing economic growth, innovation index loginv, corporate spending on research and development logdrd, protection of intellectual property rights logpr, Natural resource revenues logpr and capital stock as independent variables. The results of the test between the Panel models indicated that the model of fixed effects is the appropriate model for the study.
