Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تبيان دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة أن.سي.ا الرويبة والتعرف على العلاقة بينهما خلال الفترة من سبتمبر وأكتوبر2019، وذلك عن طريق تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة من عينة الدراسة (عاملا)حيث بلغ عددها 32 استبانة، ولقد تم الإعتماد على مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية من أهمها معامل ألفا كرونباخ، معامل الإرتباط واختبار تحليل التباين لأحادي وهذا بهدف الوصول للتحليل الأمثل لبيانات الدراسة، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية من أهمها أن تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية من طرف المؤسسة يساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وأن مؤسسة أن.سي.أ الرويبة لا تهتم بالبعد الإنساني Abstract:This study aims to show the role of social responsibility in achieving the sustainable development of economic institutions NCCA Rouiba case study and to identify the relationship between them during the period from September to October 2019 by designing a questionnaire to collect the required data from the study sample Questionnaire We have relied on a set of statistical tools, the most important of which are the coefficient of Alpha Cronbach, the correlation coefficient and the analysis of variance analysis for unilateral and in order to reach the optimal analysis of the data of the study.
