Abstract

"تناولت الدراسة العلاقة القائمة بين المؤسسة العسكرية الجزائرية وحراك 22 فيفري من خلال رصد أدوار المؤسسة العسكرية الحاسمة التي ميزت تاريخ الجزائر السياسي، وتحليل الأسباب التي أدت إلى حراك 22 فيفري وما أفرزه من تأثيرات داخلية وخارجية. وجاءت الدراسة للإجابة على تساؤل مركزي حول تأثير دور المؤسسة العسكرية الجزائرية على حراك 22 فيفري إبتداءا من 22 فيفري 2019 إلى غاية توقف الحراك في مارس 2020، إنطلاقا من مجموعة فرضيات أهمها إن الهيمنة التي تتمتع بها المؤسسة العسكرية الجزائرية على الحياة السياسية تعود للمكانة التاريخية التي تحتلها بسبب بنائها للدولة، وكذلك ضعف الطبقة السياسية المعارضة المشتتة، أتاح للمؤسسة العسكرية أن تلعب دورا أساسي في توجيه العملية السياسية. وفي ختام الدراسة لقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها، إن تدخل المؤسسة العسكرية الجزائرية في الحياة السياسية كان له أثر إيجابي في موقفها لما إنحازت لحراك 22 فيفري، وبعد ذلك كانت صاحبة القرار من خلال الدور الذي تراه لنفسها بإمتلاك رؤية واضحة للكيفية التي يجب أن تسير بها الأمور من خلال فرض مقاربتها لحل الأزمة، وهذا أفضى أن تمثل المؤسسة العسكرية عقبة أمام تحول حقيقي في الجزائر.
