Abstract

"تعالج هذه الدراســــــــــة بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، كونها احدى الأدوات الحديثة لقياس الأداء من خلال تحديد المعطيات المفاهيمية المتعلقة بهذه الأداء تعريفها، أهميتها، مميزاتها، أهدافها، ابعادها، ومدى مســاهمتها في تقييم أداء المؤسسات، وقد اعتمدنا في الفصل الاول والثاني على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف وتفسير المتغيرات النظرية للدراسـة، اما في الفصـل الثاني فقد اعتمدنا على دراسـة حالة من خلال توزيع اسـتبيان على مؤسـسـة البريد الجزائرية بالوادي، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان بطاقة الأداء المتوازن تعطي نظرة شاملة وحقيقة عن أداء المؤسسة.
