Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على عوامل نجاح أو فشل استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ( ERP ) في مؤسسة اتصال الجزائر وكالة الوادي، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة 40 موظف من مستعملي نظام ERP داخل المؤسسات، وكان من بين أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها هو انه يوجد استخدام للجميع وحدات نظام ERP في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وان هذه الأخيرة ترتكز على مؤشرات معينة من أجل نجاح تنفيذ النظام، وتختلف من حيث الأهمية والاعتماد عن تلك المتوصل إليها في الدراسات السابقة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن كل من الإدارة العليا ، موردي النظام ، فاعلية المستخدم النهائي وقسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ساهمت في نجاح تنفيذ نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة محل الدراسة. Abstract: This study aims to identify the factors of success or failure of using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the Algerian Telecommunication Corporation, El Oued Agency. The study sample included 40 employees who use the ERP system within the institutions. Among the most important results we reached is that there is a use of all ERP system units in the institution under study, and that the latter is based on certain indicators for the success of the system implementation, and differs in terms of importance and reliance from those reached in previous studies. The results also showed that senior management, system suppliers, end-user effectiveness and the IT department contributed to the success of implementing the ERP system under study.
