Abstract

In this research, we'll examine an important element in society Namely women, Where women are very important for the reform of society, This side of the search terms of financial rights of women in Islamic law, Where we explained the reality of women by Islam such as the deprivation and injustice….and the reality in Western societies which gave full freedom without being bound by the provisions of the divine laws, And downloaded it greater responsibilities of capacity This has made it neglected some duties, and we compare the above including Islam gave to women. We have tried through this research to answer several problematic notably: 1- How much care Islam financial rights of women? 2- What are these rights in the view Islamic law? At last we came to some conclusions and recommendations including: Promoted Islam and justice in his view of women that it gave her financial rights as uncompromised, and liberated from all the restrictions that take away them and their eligibility to act and acquisitions, equated her brother man in rights and duties are him, and he them. And there are also other findings attached to conductive and detailed in the folds of the search.
