إن أحد العوامل الحاسمة في النجاح الهندي في ميدان تقنية المعلومات يعود إلى تطوير حلول برمجية متقدمة، فهناك الكثير من التجارب الهندية الناجحة، التي مرت عليها سنوات من التطوير، وتشمل هذه التجارب حلول التجارة الالكترونية، وحلول قواعد البيانات بكل أنواعها، وحلولا محاسبية وحلول النشر الالكترونية، مما يسهل على الشركات الأجنبية الاعتماد الكامل على الشركات الهندية لاستعمال مثل هذه الحلول. فالاقتصاد الهندي هو عامل آخر مشجع، فهو يحقق نموا مستمرا، حيث يشهد قطاع تصدير البرمجيات نموا سنويا يتراوح ما بين 40 إلى 50 في المائة، إلى الدرجة التي جعلت الهند تتبوأ المكانة الثانية في العالم في تصدير البرمجيات، وسط ظهور متزايد لشركات عملاقة فيها مثل "ويبرو"، و"إنفوسيس"، وهذا ما يعطي صورة مشرقة للتجربة الهندية في إقامة اقتصاد معرفي تنافسي رائد. Abstract: One of the critical factors in the successful Indian in the field of information technology due to the development of advanced software solutions, there are many successful Indian tests, which passed by the years of development, and testing of these solutions include e-commerce, database solutions of all kinds, accounting solutions and electronic publishing solutions, which makes it easy for foreign companies complete dependence on Indian companies for the use of such solutions.
