Abstract

This research aims to study the nature of the relationship between the independent variable organizational culture, and the dependent variable, job satisfaction practically, using the descriptive analytical method, by relying on the OCAI questionnaire tool for the dimensions of organizational culture, and WAR tool to measure job satisfaction in order to collect data and analyze it statistically using the spss program, The study sample consisted of 60 employees of the strugal company of the Hasnawi complex, The results of the study concluded that the respondents' perceptions of the level of organizational culture and job satisfaction were high, and that organizational culture in all its dimensions affects the achievement of job satisfaction in the strugal company, so that the nature of the relationship between the two variables is Positive relationship
