أثر الإدارة الإستراتيجية على تحسين الأداء بمؤسسة تكرير النفط بسكيكدة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تأثير الإدارة الإستراتيجية في تحسين الأداء بمؤسسة تكرير النفط بسكيكدة، حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع إستخدام الإستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وزعت على عينة عشوائية من العمال بالمؤسسة، قدر عددهم 300 عامل، كما تم إستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي والإستدلالي لتحليل وإختبار فرضيات الدراسة بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ما قيمته (% 65,1) من التغيرات في مستوى تحسين الأداء ناتج عن التغير في مستوى تطبيق عمليات الإدارة الإستراتيجية، كما أن المؤسسة تواجه مجموعة من الإختلالات خاصة في عملية صياغة الإستراتيجية، هذا ما عليها الإهتمام أكثر بالإدارة الإستراتيجية لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في عملية تحسين الأداء. This study aims to determine the impact of the strategic management on improving the performance In the Petroleum refining company in Skikda, based on the descriptive analytical approach a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of workers, amounting to 300 workers, as was done using descriptive and inferential statistics methods to analyze the study and test its hypotheses using the spss program. The results indicated that its value 65,1% of the changes in the level of performance improvement is due to the change in the level of application of strategic management operation, the Company also faces a set of imbalances, especially in the process of formulating the strategy, this is what it must pay more attention to strategic management because of its great importance in the process of improving performance.
