دور استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة في رعاية الطلاب الموهوبين

Abstract

ملخص:‏ تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على دور المناهج التعليمية, وكذا الأساليب والاستراتيجيات الحديثة في ‏التدريس التي يمكنها رعاية الطلاب الموهوبين مدمجين لما لهم فائدة على اقرانهم, وليسوا بحاجة إلى منهج له‎ ‎أبعاد‎ ‎تختلف ‏عن المنهج الذي‎ ‎يقدمه‎ ‎التعليم العام, فالمدرسون لهم دور كبير حيث يمكنهم‎ ‎التدريس‎ ‎للطلاب‎ ‎الموهوبين‎ ‎دون عزلهم عندما‎ ‎يكون لديهم الوعي ببعض الموضوعات, مثل كيفية تنمية مهارات التفكير المختلفة, وكذا تنمية الإبداع في حل المشكلات, ‏واختيار المواد والاستراتيجيات الملائمة للتدريس, والإلمام بالحاجات النفسية والاجتماعية والانفعالية للموهوبين, وكذلك ‏الوعي بأهمية التعرف على خصائص النمو لدى هذه الفئة من الطلاب, وتبني تفريد التعليم لتلبية حاجاتهم الخاصة وتنمية ‏مواهبهم.‏ Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to identify the role of educational curricula, as well as new methods and strategies in teaching that can provide gifted students with integrated learning for their own benefit. They do not need a curriculum with different dimensions In general education, teachers have a great role to play in teaching gifted students without being isolated when they are aware of certain subjects, such as how to develop different thinking skills, develop creativity in problem solving, and choose appropriate materials and strategies To teach, and to know the psychological needs As well as the awareness of the importance of recognizing the growth characteristics of this group of students. And adopt the uniqueness of education to meet their own needs and develop their talents
