التربية الإعلامية لتأهيل الطفل وتمكينه من مواجهة مخاطر المعلوماتية

Abstract

تهدف الورقة العلمية إلى إبراز أهمية الوعي بموضوع التربية الإعلامية كألية لتأهيل الأطفال من خلال تزويديهم بمهارات الاستخدام الواعي والأمن لمختلف تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة، بما يمكنهم ويتيح لهم مواجهة مخاطر المعلوماتية، والتكيف مع متطلبات العصر وضرورياته، فالدراسات ومنذ سبعينيات القرن الماضي، تشير؛ بل يؤكد بعضها على أن تأثيرات وسائل الإعلام على الأفراد تمس الفئات الأقل سنا، في ظل تراجع الأدوار الايجابية لمؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية نتيجة للتغيرات التي تشهدها المجتمعات على المستوى الاجتماعي، الاقتصادي والثقافي. ولم يعد مقبولا مواجهة الأطفال لتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال منفردين دون وعي أو توجيه، وغير محصنين كفاية بميكانيزمات الدفاع والتمكين. Abstract : The paper aims to highlight the importance of awareness of media education as a mechanism for habilitation of children by providing them with the skills of conscious use and security of various modern information and communication technologies, so that they can and allows them to face the dangers of information, and adapt to the requirements of the times and necessities, Studies since the 1970s indicate that some of the media's effects on individuals influence younger groups, with the positive roles of socializing institutions retreat a result of social, economic and cultural changes in societies. It is no longer acceptable for children to face ICTs alone without awareness or guidance, and not adequately immune to defense and empowerment mechanisms.
