الصدمات النفطية وأثرها على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1985-2021)

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير عدم تماثل صدمات النفط على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1985-2021م)، وذلك باستخدام منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المبطأة الغير خطية (NARDL)،وعليه تم تقدير نموذج قياسي يتضمن متغيرين أساسيين المتغير المستقل هو أسعار النفط والمتغير التابع هو النمو الاقتصادي المعبر عنه بالناتج المحلي الإجمالي. وقد بينت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية غير خطية بين الصدمات النفطية والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال (1985-2021م)، كما ظهرت نتائج تقديرات (NARDL) أن الصدمات الموجبة لأسعار النفط لها تأثير منخفض على النمو الاقتصادي الجزائر في الأجل القصير، وأن الصدمات النفطية لها اثر غير متماثل على النمو الاقتصادي الجزائري، حيث توصي دراستنا بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة التنويع الاقتصادي خارج قطاع المحروقات، تشجيع الصناعات التحويلية بكل أنواعها مع تطوير القطاع الفلاحي لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي والاستقرار. ""This study aims to find out the impact of the asymmetry of oil shocks on economic growth in Algeria during the period(1985-2021),by using the non - Linear slow – time gaps autore gressive methodology) NARDL, (and accordingly a standard model was estimated that include two main variables the independent Variable is oil prices and the dependent variable is economic growth expressed in GDP. The study showed that there is direct , non – Linear relationship between oil shocks and economic growth in Algeria during (1985-2021) ,and the results of estimates (NAR DL) showed that positive shocks to oil prices have a low impact on economic growth Algerian in the short term , and that shocks oil has an asymmetric impact on Algerian economic growth, Where our study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of whichh is the need for economic diversification outside the hydrocarbon sector, encouraging manufacturing industries of all kinds, while developing the agricultural sector to achieve food security and stability.
