دراسة مقارنة للمحتوى الكلي للفينولات والفلافانويدات لمستخلص نبات كرشة الأرنب باستعمال مذيبات مختلفة القطبية

Abstract

" يهدف هذا العمل إلى استخلاص المواد الفعالة باستعمال مذيبات مختلفة القطبية,لنبتة محلية تنتمي إلى العائلة المركبة (Asetrecae)وهي (glomerata-L)المعروفة"" باسم كرشة الأرنب"",التي تنتشر في الصحراء الجزائرية خاصة منها منطقة وادي سوف. حيث قمنا بحساب المردود فكانت نسبته الأكبر في المستخلص الميثانولي,مقدرة ب (%1.3992). بين التقدير الكمي للفينولات الكلية بكاشف (ciocalteu- Folin) والفلافانويدات بواسطة كلوريد الألمنيوم غنى المستخلصين (مستخلص البيتانول النظامي ,مستخلص الميثانول) على الترتيب مقارنة بباقي المستخلصات " The aim of this work is to extract effective substances using various asterceapolar solvents, for a local plant belonging to the complex family (L-Glomerata) known as the rabbit straw, which is spread in the Algerian desert, especially in oued-souf region. We calculated the yield, which was the largest percentage of methanolic extractor ,estimated at (%1.3992).Folin-Ciocalteu between the quantification of total phenoles with detector and flavonoids by the rich aluminum chloride of the extractors (regular butanol extract, methanol extractor), in comparison with the rest of the extracts
