انعكاسات ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية لدى الشباب على التنمية في المجتمع الجزائري

Abstract

تعد ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية(الحرقة) من الظواهر الأكثر استفحالا بالمجتمعات منذ القدم، إلا أن انتشارها في السنوات الأخيرة أخذ أبعادا واتجاهات مختلفة، ما جعلها مجالا خصبا للبحث والدراسة لدى جميع الباحثين باختلاف تخصصاتهم العلمية وميولا تهم الايديولوجية نظرا لتشابك وتنوع عواملها، أساليبها وانعكاساتها، ومفهوم الهجرة غير الشرعية مفهوما موازيا للهجرة النظامية باعتبارها ظاهرة اجتماعية ينتقل خلالها الأفراد من مكان لآخر بحثا عن اشباع حاجاتهم المختلفة: النفسية، الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، الجنسية والعاطفية. يجد فيها حلا لمشكلاته المتنامية في السياق الاجتماعي الخاص الذي مر به المجتمع الجزائري، وما افرزه من مشكلات مست هذه الفئة ( البطالة، السكن، العنوسة،...). و يتقصى هذا المقال انعكاس ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية لدى الشباب على التنمية في المجتمع الجزائري، على اعتبار أن الشباب هم الفئة الأكثر انسياقا للظاهرة، كما أنه لا يغفل على أحد أهمية هذه الشريحة و دورها في احداث التنمية و التغير الاجتماعي في المجتمع. Abstract: The a Immigration (Harga in the Algerian variety) is considered the most spread phenomenon in the societies from the ancient times but in the last years the spread of illegal immigration takes different crosses and distances which becomes a reach domain for the research and study by all researchers and their different scientific specialties and their ideological tendencies because of entanglement and types of their causes styles and consequences, The concept of illegal immigration is a parallel concept to regular migration as a social phenomenon during which individuals move from one place to another in search of satisfying their different needs: psychological, social, economic, sexual and emotional. He finds in it a solution to his growing problems in the special social context that the Algerian society has gone through, and the problems that it has touched on this category (unemployment, housing, spinsterhood, ...). From this starting point, this article is studied the results of youth illegal immigration in the development of the Algerian society. Considerable that youth are the most group that drift to the phenomenon additionally without forgetting that this slide has advantages and roles in the development event and social changement in the society.
