دور القرض المصغّر في تشجيع المقاولين الشباب في الجزائر من خلال الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغّر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف عند أهمية القرض المصغّر ودوره في دعم صغار المقاولين في الجزائر من خلال مساهمة الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغّر،باعتباره أحد آليات الدعم المالي الحديث المشجعة للنهوض بمشاريع صغيرة في الجزائر، لقد خصّصت هذه الدراسة للتركيز على أهمية وفعالية القرض المصغر ضمن دورة القروض المصغرة وتأثيراتها التي تساهم في تخفيف حدّة الفقر والبطالة وتداول الثروة وإعادة تدويرها في الاقتصاد، وبالتالي تحقيق التنمية المستدامة ورفع المستوى المعيشي بإدخال الشباب في دائرة الأعمال، ومن ثمّ الوقوف على واقع الإعانات المالية المقدمة من طرف الوكالة وغير المالية المتمثلة في مرافقة أصحاب المشاريع لإنجاح مشاريعهم، وذلك من خلال النصح والتوجيه للشباب المقاول. This study aims to stand at the importance of microcredit and its role in supporting small entrepreneurs through the contribution of the national agency for microcredit management, as one of the modern financial support mechanisms that encourage the development of small projects in Algeria, this study was devoted to focus on the importance and effectiveness of microcredit and its effects contribute to alleviating poverty and unemployment and the circulation and recycling of wealth in the economy, thus, achieving sustainable development and raising the standard of living by integrating young people into the business cycle. And then to determine the reality of the financial subsidies provided by the agency and non-financial of accompanying entrepreneurs to the success of their projects through advice and guidance to young entrepreneurs.
