Abstract

هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة وتحقيق لمخطوط بعنوان (تَفْسِيرُ آيَةِ الوضوء) للعلامة أحمد بن مصطفى المعروف بطاشكبري زاده (ت 968هـ). يبحث هذا المخطوط في تفسير آية الوضوء، وبيان ما تحويه من مسائل فقهية ومعان بلاغية، قام المؤلف فيه بعرض الموضوع بأسلوب دقيق واضح. وقد اقتصت طبيعة البحث أَنْ نُقَسِّمَهُ إلى ثلاثة أقسام: القسم الأول لدراسة المؤلف، تناولنا فيه: اسمه ونسبه، ومولده ونشأته وحياته العلمية، وشيوخه وتلامذته، ووظائفه ومناصبه، ومؤلفاته وآثاره العلمية، وثناء العلماء عليه، ووفاته. والقسم الثاني لدراسة المخطوط، تناولنا فيه: تحقيق اسمه، وتوثيق نسبته إلى المؤلف، وموضوعه، وسبب تأليفه، ومصادر المؤلف، ومنهجه، ومنهج التحقيق، ووصف النسخ الخطية، مع أنموذجات لها. والقسم الثالث لتحقيق النص تحقيقًا علميًا، وفي الخاتمة لخصنا أهم النتائج والتوصيات. This paper attempts to study and verify a manuscript titled "Ayat al- Wudu Interpretation". written by Scholar Ahmed bin Mustafa Tashkupri Zadeh (Died in 968AH). This manuscript addressed Ayat al-Wudu Interpretation and clarification of The jurisprudence Issues it contains, was introduced by the author very clearly. Due to the nature of this study, it has been ranged into three chapters. The first chapter has been devoted to introduce the author: his name, family, birth, death, scientific position, scientific works and scholars who appreciated him and the positions he held. The second chapter has been devoted for studying this manuscript showing: title verification, referencing it to its author and resources cited, the methodology used, its characteristics, verification methodology, and describing its handwritten copies supported with samples. The third chapter has been devoted for verifying the manuscript text scientifically. Finally, a conclusion has been introduced to summarize the most important conclusions and recommendations of the study
