Abstract

جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية بهدف البحث عن سوسيولوجيا الصراع النسوي في الوسط المدرسي ، كون طبائع هذا الصراع تنطلق من البنى المشكلة للتنظيمات وطبيعة الأنساق والأنظمة الاجتماعية داخلها، بالإضافة إلى دور الفاعلين الاجتماعيين النسويين في تشكله. لتخلص هذه الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن المرأة العاملة في الوسط المدرسي تسعي إلى معادلة العلاقة ما بين فكرة الصراع والتغير في النظام نفسه. من خلال محاولتها فرض إرادتها في المواقع المستغلة، سواء بالضغوط والهيمنة أو بالتهديد، ومقاومة الآخرين عن طريق النسق القانوني تارة والمعايير الشبه قانونية- العادات- تارة أخرى، إلى جانب السعي لمواقع السيطرة الوظيفية، ونضالها حول أحقيتها لذلك. Abstract: This research paper came with the aim of searching for the sociology of the feminist conflict in the school community, as the nature of this conflict stems from the structures that form the organizations and the nature of social systems and systems within them, in addition to the role of feminist social actors in its formation. Finally, this study concludes that the working woman in the school environment seeks to equate the relationship between the idea of conflict and the change in the system itself.
