أثر القراءات القرآنية في تقرير قواعد التوجيه المنبثقة من الخلاف النحوي

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تناول قضية التوجيه لما خرج عن قواعد الكلام العربي والقراءات القرآنية على وجه الخصوص، وما يمكن أن يكون اللبنة الأولى في استنباط قواعد للتوجيه كقواعد علم أصول الفقه، وذلك بتتبع مضان الخلاف المبرز لطرق التوجيه ودفع الاعتراض أو النقض للرد المتوهم من مخالفة القواعد اللغوية . فنتج عن هذه الحيثية من كليات تقرر قواعد في التوجيه، مثل ترك التفضيل بين القراءات القرآنية وقبولها في غير القرآن فنقول فصيح وأفصح، وعدم التمحل للخارج عن القواعد فلا نجد له وجها ولو ضعيفا في الكلام العربي فنتكلف له مما يؤدي بنا إخراج كلام الله عن المألوف من سجية العرب. This research aims to tackling the orientation topic of which came out of Arabic speech rules and Quranic readings in particular, and what it may be the first block in the deduction of orienting rules like rules of Fikh principles science, and this by the following of contrast spots that shows orienting methods and getting rid of the objection orthe annulment of the rejection believed mistakenly of being against language rules. Resulted from this figure universals thatestablish the orienting rules, like avoiding to prefer one reading upon another and accepting it in places other than Quran so we say literary and more literary, and none trying, for which, rules are not applied when we don’t find a figure even a weak one in the Arabic speech so we load ourselves which lead to getting out God’s speech of the familiar of Arabic innate character.
