Abstract

مفهوم التنمية السياسية من المفاهيم الحديثة, ظهر بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية أين واجهت دول العالم الثالث خاصة منها المستقلة حديثا عجزا كبيرا عن اللحاق بركب التنمية; ومنه كان تبني هذه المقاربة التي ترتبط بمجموعة من القواعد والخصائص والمؤشرات والنسق القيمي والإيديولوجي لذات السبب, استمدت تفسيراتها النظرية من عديد المداخل. تعاني التنمية السياسية من شبح الأزمات, التي إن وجدت تحول دون تطبيقها كمقاربة للنهوض بالمجتمع. The modern concept of political development emerged after the Second World War, where the third world countries, especially the newly independent ones, faced a substantial deficit to keep pace with development ; Therefore, the adoption of this approach is related to a set of rules, characteristics, indicators, and an ideological and value system. For the same reason it derived its theoretical explanations from many approaches. However, Political development suffers from the specter of crises, if any, it prevents its application as an approach to the advancement of society.
