Abstract

This research entitled consists "needful practical purposes toeselah study" of an introduction and three sections and a conclusion. The first section contains a fact needful purposes, with an indication of the difference between them and what aborh between the two terms of the overlap in meaning, as he dealt with the evidence considered true even work out, and some of their names even understand the meaning when exposed to it. And it included the second section of the types of destinations and so needful of several merits, and methods of consevatio, and the most important controls may even ignore them and mind. And finally it recrived the third section some jurisprudential rules concerning the need for ; and the various issues in its ruling based on the rules ; and reached several conclusions ; expounded in the last needed.
