Abstract

تناولت في هذه المذكرة الإختيارات الفقهية للإمام المازري في باب الصلاة من خلال شرحه للتلقين ابتداتها بمقدمة وخطة مؤلفة من فصل تمهيدي عرفت فيه بالإمام المازري بدأ بعصره من الناحيتين السياسية والعلمية،ثم حياته الشخصية والعلمية انتهاء بذكر عقيدته وثناء العلماء عليه ووفاته،ثم تطرقت في الفصل الأول إلى مسائل وجوب الصلاة وشروطها ومواقيتها،وتطرقت في الفصل الثاني إلى مسائل صلاة الجماعة والجمعة والسفر وأحكام الجنائز،وتوصلت في الخاتمة إلى أهم النتائج والتوصيات.Dealt with in this note choices jurisprudence of Imam Almazari in prayer door through his explanation of the indoctrination Aptdadtha introduction and plan consisting of an introductory chapter known as Imam Almazari began Bazareth of political and scientific standpoints, then his personal life and the scientific end of the remembrance of faith and praise scientists upon his death, and then touched in the first quarter to that prayer and conditions and timing issues, and touched in the second quarter to prayer in congregation, Friday and travel issues and the provisions of funerals, and reached the conclusion to the most important findings and recommendations
