البعد المقاصدي للواجب الكفائي - الغزالي والشّاطبي أنموذجًا-

Abstract

تتنَاول المذكرة البعد المقاصدي للواجب الكفائي عند الإمامين الغزالي والشّاطبي، حيث استُهلت بإعطاء نبذة مختصرة عن حياتهما، ثم يأتي بعد ذلك ذكر تعريف كل من المقاصد والواجب الكفائي والفرق بينه وبين الواجب العيني ثم بيان أقسامه عند الإمامين ومن هم المخاطبون به، ثم عرضت المذكرة كيفية تأسس الواجب الكفائي على المصلحة، ثم ذكر مقاصد الواجب الكفائي عند الإمامين والذي هو لب الموضوع مع إنشاء مقارنة بين رأييهما وبيان الراجح في المسألة، وختمت المذكرة ببعض تطبيقات الواجب الكفائي في مجالات عدة منها: مجال السياسة والحكم، والعلم والثقافة ومجال الدعوة والإعلام، ومجال المال والاقتصاد.

Résumé : لا يقل عن 15 سطر The thesis deals with the intention dimensions duties for Imam Elghazali and Imam Chatebie well , we start by a short biography of both of them The definition of the intentions, the sufficient the difference between the sufficient duty and obligatory one , what’s we call it ((Elwadjb ElKifai and Elainie)) As well as , we have mentioned their parts (sections) for Imam Elghazali and Chatibie In addition to that, we have shown the way of establishing Elkifai duty upon the service after that, we have dealt with the duty which intention. Is the core of the thesis, with comparison between their opinions? Next, we have dealt with the clarification of the right one on the issue. At the end we’ve conclude our topic by some applications of Elkifai duty in different fields among them: political, knowledge, culture ,dawa (invitation) and media ,finance, and economic fields.
