Abstract

To answer the question: Was hydroxychloroquine the right choice to treat corona patients? We conducted an in-silico study with a group of proteins: Antithrombin III, SARS-CoV-2, Spectrin, Serotonin, Insulin, Amyloid, Albumin, Globulin, Hemoglobin and Thrombin, to which this drug is likely to bind after absorption in the blood using AutoDock 4.2 version 4.2.6. The result showed that this drug inhibits the anti-thrombin III protein before the Covid-19 protein, and can even inhibit a group of vital proteins in the body. للإجابة على السؤال: هل كان عقار الهيدروكسي كلوروكين الاختيار الصحيح لعلاج مرضى الكورونا؟ قمنا بإجراء دراسة في السيليكو تحتوي على مجموعة من البروتينات Antithrombin III:و SARS-CoV-2 و Spectrin و Serotonin و Insulin و Amyloid و Albumin و Globulin و Hemoglobin و Thrombin، والتي يحتمل أن يرتبط بها هذا الدواء بعد امتصاصه في الدم باستخدام AutoDock 4.2 Release 4.2.6. والنتيجة أن هذا الدواء لم يكن بروتين Covid- 19 ، البروتين الأكثر ألفة معه ، بل استهدف بشكل أكبر البروتين الثلاثي المضاد للتخثر، كما أظهرت النتائج إمكانية استهدافه لمجموعة من البروتينات الحيوية في الجسم ، مما يحتمل أن يتسبب في مفعول عكسي لمن يتعاطاه.
