Abstract
De l’indépendance à nos jours, l’Algérie a connu deux systèmes économiques qui ont, au fil des années,
façonnés l’économie algérienne telle que nous la connaissons aujourd’hui. En effet, elle est passée d’une
économie centralisée où l’Etat est seul entrepreneur à une économie capitaliste où le mot d’ordre est, en principe
la loi de l’offre et de la demande.
L’objet de ce travail est de retracer les principales phases qui ont caractérisé l’évolution de l’entreprise
algérienne et d’analyser leur impact sur la performance de cette dernière Since the independence to the present day, Algeria has experienced two economic systems which have
over the years, shaped the algérian economy we know today. Indeed, it has gone from a centralized economy
where the state is the sole entrepreneur to a capitalist economy where the watchword is, supposed to be, the low
of supply and demand.
The purpose of this work is to trace the main phases that have characterized the evolution of the algerian
company and to analyze their impact on the performance of the latter.
