Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في القطاع السياحي، وكذا إبراز دور الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، بالتركيز على تجربة المملكة المغربية الهاشمية، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي بالاعتماد على الإحصائيات المتعلقة بالفترة الممتدة ما بين 2010 و2017، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري يلعب دورا استراتيجيا في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، كما لا يقتصر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على القطاع الصناعي والتكنولوجي فقط بل يكتسي أهمية بالغة حتى في القطاع السياحي. This study aims to identify the reality of investment in human capital in the tourism sector, as well as to highlight the role of investment in human capital in achieving sustainable development, focusing on the experience of the Hashemite Kingdom of Morocco. The analytical approach was based on statistics related to the period between 2010 and 2017, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that investment in human capital plays a strategic role in achieving sustainable development.
