Abstract

تناول هذا البحث موضوع الإهمال المعنوي والمادي للأولاد في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الوضعي الج ا زئري، واقتصر على هاذين الجانبين؛ الجانب الداخلي، والمظهر الخارجي، حيث احتوى على فصلين، الأول اهتم بالإهمال المعنوي للأولاد في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الوضعي الج ا زئري، والفصل الثاني حول الإهمال المادي للأولاد في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الوضعي الج ا زئري، ويؤكد على وجوب النفقة على الأولاد Résumé en français Cet exposé étudie la négligence morale et matérielle des enfant vis-àà-vis la charia islamique et la loi législative Algérienne, et prend en compte ces deux aspects de l’intérieures et de l’extérieur, ainsi, il présente deux chapitres, le premier chapitre étudier la négligence morale des enfants dans la charia islamique et dans la lois législative Algérienne, le deuxième chapitre étudier la négligence matérielle des enfants dans la charia islamique et dans la loi législative Algérienne. Aussi cet exposé insiste sur l’obligation des droits des enfants financières.
