Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع نظم المعلومات الصحية وأثرها في تحسين الخدمة الصحية باعتبارها الأسلوب الأنجع, والمنهج الأمثل للارتقاء في مستوى تقديم خدمات صحية متميزة, بهدف تلبية متطلبات المرضى وكسب رضاهم, في ظل الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد المتاحة على أكمل وجه, ببذل أقل جهد و بأسرع وقت ممكن . توصلت الدارسة إلى تبيان مدى الأهمية التي تكتسيها نظم المعلومات الصحية في المؤسسة الإستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بن ناصر بشير الوادي كنموذج للدراسة,من خلال التطبيقات المحوسبة وانعكاساتها على طبيعة الخدمات الصحية من حيث سرعة البيانات ودقة المعلومات, التي لها الأثر البالغ في التشخيص الأنجع والعلاج الفعال عبر المعالجة السليمة للبيانات الطبية والمعلومات الصحية,وضرورة التكيف مع نظام المعلومات الصحي والمتمثل في SIS.DZ) ( .This study dealt with the issue of health information systems and their impact on improving health services as the most effective method and the best approach to upgrading the level of providing distinguished health services in order to meet the patients' requirements and gain their satisfaction, while optimizing the available resources to the best possible effort. The study showed the importance of health information systems In the specialized hospital mother and child Ben Nacer Bachir E l’oued as a model for the study through computerized applications and their impact on the nature of health services in terms of speed of data and accuracy of information that have the most impact on the most effective diagnosis and effective treatment through proper processing of medical data and health information and the need to adapt to the health information system, Represented in (SIS.DZ) .
