Abstract

تناولنا في دراستنا هذه موضوع تمثل في كيف يصمم أخصائي علم النفس العمل والتنظيم البرامج التدريبية نظرا لقيمة هذا الأخير على الحياة الوظيفية للمورد البشري وعلى إنتاجية المؤسسات وسمعتها وميزتها التنافسية حيث أن التصميم الجيد المبني على أسس علمية يساهم في تطوير أداء العاملين وتحسين مستواهم وبالتالي زيادة مردوديتهم وكذلك الحفاظ على الصحة النفسية والجسدية وأيضا الحفاظ على الآلات والمعدات من التلف والضياع كما هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية لمعرفة جملة من النقاط التي تخص هذا الموضوع مثل الأساليب وأهم المبادئ وكذلك الخطوات الأساسية لتصميم البرامج التدريبية وخلصت هذه الدراسة لتقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات التي تخدم مختلف المؤسسات التي تسعى لتطوير مواردها البشرية والتطور على مختلف الأصعدة. Abstract In our study we addressed in the Steps to design training programs by psychologist work and organization Given the latter's value on the career of the human resource and the productivity, reputation and competitive advantage of enterprises .Good design based on scientific foundations contributes to developing workers performance and improving their level ,thereby increasing their resilience as well as maintaining mental and physical health as well as maintaining machinery and equipment from damage and loss. This paper also aimed to find out a number of points related to this topic such as methods and the most important principles and steps of designing training programs .this study concluded with a series of proposals that serve the various institutions that seek to develop their human resources and develop at various levels.
